“There will not be a regular monthly Chapter meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2014, in lieu of a December meeting, we will have a Christmas Party on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at Mullins Restaurant, 607 Andrew Jackson Way, NE, Huntsville, AL 35801, at 5:30-6PM (dinner at 6PM), in the large meeting room used by the Marines for their monthly meetings. (Good directions would be to exit off of I-565/US72 onto Oakwood and go East 1 block to Andrew Jackson Way and turn South (Right) for about 2 blocks and the restaurant will be on the right). Menu will consist of Ham, chicken dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, side salad, drink, and cobbler desert at a cost of $12.50 per person, which includes tax and gratuity (please pay the Chapter (Treasurer) and he will write one check from the Chapter to the restaurant for settlement). Should anyone not be able to eat this meal, please let Richard Knight or Jim Carter know, so that they can arrange for you to check the menu for a substitute meal, and coordinate with the restaurant for you on an individual basis, hopefully this might only include our vegetarians.”A blast email will be issued to all members with email addresses on file, and all other members will receive phone calls notifying them of the Christmas social event, and requesting RSVPs with number in your party if you plan to attend. If you do not receive this notification, please contact Richard Knight at 256-722-3027 or James Carter at 256-665-4692 to make reservations for the party if you plan to attend.
